We are looking for a Warehouse Branch Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support overall branch performance
This role combines leadership in logistics with cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Location: Milton
Salary: $80-$85k
DAY Shift- 8am-5pm

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WAREHOUSE BRANCH SUPERVISOR :

• High school diploma or equivalent required post-secondary education an asset
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics leadership
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory systems and workplace safety standards
• Skilled in team leadership problem-solving and effective communication
• Able to lift and handle materials and operate warehouse equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Organized adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Supervise daily warehouse functions including receiving shipping order fulfillment inventory control and safety
• Ensure accurate picking packing and shipping of products to meet customer expectations
• Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates
• Coordinate with purchasing sales and logistics teams to meet operational goals
• Monitor warehouse layout and optimize space utilization and product flow
• Maintain cleanliness organization and safety compliance within the warehouse
• Assist with staff scheduling performance monitoring and payroll support
• Ensure proper maintenance of branch equipment and vehicles
• Manage returns damaged goods and warranty claims according to company procedures
• Act as branch manager in their absence providing leadership and decision-making support
