Armour Transportation Systems is looking for a Warehouse Business Manager based out of our Moncton, NB location.
Position Overview: Armour Transportation Systems is seeking a Warehouse Business Manager to lead our Logistics Warehouse(s) in Moncton, New Brunswick. This full-time role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong customer focus, and deep expertise in warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse staff, optimize resources, and ensure operational excellence in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support the VP of Warehousing in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including staff management, equipment allocation, and process improvements.
  • Measure operating results, develop action plans, and assess the impact of initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Align labour resources with volume, customer demands, and operational requirements to maximize efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their warehousing needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and provincial regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and incidents.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Moncton warehouse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in identifying current and future operational needs, assessing risks, and collaborating with senior leadership to recommend change strategies and define solution scopes.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and maintain seamless operations.
