JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. This is first and foremost a leadership position, with multiple supervisors reporting to it. This position is ultimately responsible for the overall success of our distribution center and carries a salary range of $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining accountability and results.
  • Experience overseeing managers, supervisors and hourly employees in a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; data-driven problem solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, or Engineering required.
