JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Clerical Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role involves assisting with inventory control, providing customer service to will-call clients, and performing general clerical and housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to communicate effectively in English and [second language, e.g., Spanish], and comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Previous warehouse, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software a plus).

Maintain the hardware stock room, including restocking, tracking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
