WAREHOUSE CLERK / DISTRIBUTION CENTER CLERK

Location: Austintown, OH
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus
($375 paid after 60 days, $375 paid after 90 days)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Clerk / Distribution Center Clerk to join our Austintown, OH location. This position plays a critical role in supporting both warehouse operations and HR onboarding functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our distribution center.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics clerical role, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and be comfortable assisting with hiring and onboarding new employees. Experience with USCIS I-9 forms is a strong plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of clerical experience in a warehouse, distribution center, supply chain, or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior HR support experience (hiring/onboarding) preferred.
  • Knowledge of USCIS I-9 verification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily warehouse clerical tasks including data entry, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving documentation, and report preparation.
  • Support distribution center operations to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally via Microsoft Outlook with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and record management.
  • Partner with the on-site manager to coordinate hiring, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Process and maintain USCIS I-9 employment verification forms in compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized personnel and operational records.
