Description Overview: Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Clerk. This position is responsible for pulling assigned material for each solar installation, receiving incoming shipments, Cleanliness of warehouse, loading vehicles, and assisting in Inventory Count. Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Previous Warehouse experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in Solar industry is a plus. Experience in Customer Service. Skills Must be self-driven, highly motivated. Has to be goal and task oriented. Knowledge of residential construction. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and a people person who enjoys talking to customers. Solution minded. Ability to prioritize and multitask. High level of organizational skills and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations Requirements Responsibilities: Pull assigned job material based on pick list. Follow direction of Warehouse Manager. Receive incoming shipments. Open/Close warehouse when necessary. Assist with Inventory Counts. Keep Warehouse and parking lot clean and free of trash. Pick up material from supply houses and distributors when necessary. Follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication to make the customer experience even better. Perform additional duties as assigned and/or directed.

Responsibilities

The primary duties involve pulling assigned material for solar installations, receiving incoming shipments, loading vehicles, and assisting with inventory counts while ensuring warehouse cleanliness. This role also requires following the Warehouse Manager's direction and proactively seeking ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
