Other warehouse clerk duties and responsibilities includes keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels; putting labels on goods; maintaining the warehouse area.   Primary Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers * Proactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customers * Lead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipment * Point of contact for Drivers returning with equipment * Support Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment. * Perform Quality Control Checks on all orders * Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics * Support shipping/receiving when needed including completing Hazmat Shipping Certification * Perform daily cycle counts inventory control * Resolves internal and external customer problems * Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness * Other duties, as assigned Knowledge, Skills, Abilities * Microsoft Office proficiency  * Ability to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshooting * Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, interpersonal & phone.  * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.  * Detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting with peers and colleagues.  * Solid planning and organizational skills.  * Monitor inventory.  * Maintain accurate labeling of equipment. * Fills orders or issues supplies from stock * Checks physical condition of supplies/inventory * Counts materials, documents and other items * Records numbers, codes or other information * Be able to use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks * A flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment  Education/Experience   * High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred    Environment * The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
