Description Hours/Week: 40 (Full Time) Scheduled Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, to include: a 30-minute unpaid Meal Break and two paid 15-minute Breaks for every four hours of work. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Purpose To assist with all aspects of maintaining an efficient warehouse that includes; timely inbound shipment receiving, stocking of parts and merchandise, process development and improvements for maintaining an organized warehouse, inventory control, maintaining and supporting a cycle count program, pre-assembly of small parts, pick up and deliveries, etc. Essential Job Function · Perform various duties to include receiving, inspecting, material return and stocking. · Establish and maintain department and company standards and procedures. · Responsible for ensuring that shipping and receiving is being completed within the specified timelines and according to approved procedures. · Checks incoming orders against packing lists and /or requisitions to ensure completeness, noting any discrepancies. · Prepare and package UPS and FEDEX packages. · Maintains inventory records, maintains and counts, maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs. · Maintains storage areas in a clean and orderly manner. · Assisting, preparing for and performing parts inventory. · Comply with fire safety regulations. · Utilize protective measures for storage items. · Forklift operation. · Regular and consistent attendance. · Pick-up and delivery of parts and/or supplies, which requires a good driving record. · Pre-assembly of small parts · Other duties as assigned. Job duties are performed independently. Qualifications Experience and Education Three or more years of similar experience. Prior shipping experience helpful. High School/G.E.D. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree. Must possess a good driving record. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment, Random or Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screen(s), to include Marijuana use. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
