ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across our busy logistics network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process orders related to carriers, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Coordinate waste disposal and broken pallet collections.
• Assist with yard and equipment management.
• Manage daily labor efficiency reports, timesheets, and leave requests.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Health & Safety documents, including risk assessments.
• Assist with onboarding temporary staff and equipment maintenance tracking.
• Register and track fixed assets.
• Monitor shipment data, complete required documentation, and assist with basic data analysis.
• Support project-related tasks as assigned.
• Respond to transportation driver inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
