EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in logistics or inventory coordination (warehouse admin, stock control, goods in/out, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory software (e.g. ERP, WMS)
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent), ideally including Maths and English
  • Confident communicator who works well both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a methodical, IT-proficient Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. This is a key coordination role responsible for the accurate processing of stock movements and creation of outward shipment documentation.
This role combines administrative precision with a practical understanding of warehouse operations. Ideal for someone with strong IT and data handling skills, who also enjoys being part of a collaborative logistics environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately manage all incoming and outgoing goods using our inventory system
  • Verify delivery notes, purchase orders, and create shipping documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to internal stock records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any delivery or stock discrepancies
  • Provide occasional hands-on support in the warehouse during peak periods
