Job Description The scope of our service is to provide components for IKEA products in requested quality, time, and specifications. By doing this we build customers' trust and confidence in IKEA as a retailer. In our warehouse operation, you will execute different tasks as pick, pack and distribute IKEA and/or customer orders in an efficient way and with a high service level. The warehouse co-worker is directly responsible for the assignment, executed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner and within all quality parameters for the required operation. Always doing this with IKEAs customers’ highest satisfaction as a guiding star and with cost efficiency in mind. You enjoy working in a fast-paced future oriented environment with a service minded attitude and approach. You like to learn and share learnings, work with your team, and enjoy reaching out and meeting new people. You like to work toward set goals and reach them together with your team. Furthermore, you need to have: Good knowledge of warehouse handling; warehousing systems and equipment. Knowledge of relevant IT tools (M3, Astro, TMS).
