Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off -The role of the Cold Chain Operative is to ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility in conjunction with the company’s documented procedure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation& replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in conjunction withclient requirements.
  • Completionof daily facility sweep of Quick LHR facility to ensure all consignments arestored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly.
  • Operationof material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloadingboth inbound and outbound vehicles.
  • Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determineavailable stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partnerfacilities.
  • Arrangement of stock transfers via 3rd party linehaulsolution.
  • Shared ownership for the management of departmental mailbox.
  • Workin conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identifieddiscrepancies / queries.
  • Undertaking of cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygienestandards maintained.
  • Alwaysmaintain a professional manner towards colleagues / visitors & 3rd parties.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of theDepartment Manager or other Senior Management including assisting otherdepartments during staff shortages.
