ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator who wants to take the next career step. Our warehouse is a smaller picking stock in the same building as the head office and a few of our Tele-Radio subsidiaries within the Allgon group. From here, we distribute components and products within industrial radio control to our subsidiaries around the world.
As a Warehouse Coordinator at Allgon you are responsible over the daily incoming and outgoing delivery flows. It also includes administrative work in the form of supporting the subsidiaries with the daily issues with orders and deliveries as well as maintain regular contact with our manufactories regarding deliveries and lead times, mainly via Teams. You are a team of two in the warehouse and part of the Supply Chain department.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling incoming deliveries in D365 and physical.
  • Book correct transports for each subsidiary as well document for customs.
  • Outgoing deliveries: Send out open orders on confirmed date.
  • Place purchase orders to fill up the warehouse and secure incoming orders.
  • Simple assembling of our products.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about logistics and has previous experience in warehouse and administration. You can be described as a service-oriented problem solver who dares to see solutions instead of obstacles. You are prestige less, structured and responsible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a few years’ experience from a similar role
  • Experience of handling international deliveries and documentations.
  • Experience of handling both sales and purchase orders.
  • Office 365
  • Knowledge of D365 or another ERP system.
  • Communication skills both written and spoken in Swedish and English.
  • Customer and service focused.
