Description

Responsibilities: Assume ownership on assigned tasks –Able to perform competently with Minimal or no supervision Act as the company’s designated Dangerous Goods Inspector and Store Inspector Coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders on shipments to be received or despatched Ensure packing of shipments are performed correctly and safely including completeness of paperwork Ensure completion of work tasks (Material Issuances, Receipts and Shipments) for month end closure activities Ensure picking of parts are performed accurately and Parts are binned accurately to its assigned storage location Ensure Parts are binned accurately to its assigned storage location Identify and escalate issues with damage to materials received, incorrect certification received and the like to internal and external stakeholders Participate in annual/cycle stock counts and ensure adherence to company process Perform Goods receiving, Inspection and Processing of Goods Receipt in the company’s system Participate in Regulatory or Financial Audits as required Any other duties assigned by Superior Education Requirements: Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management 3 years of experience in Handling Aerospace Materials preferred, Candidates with lesser experience or Fresh Graduates may be considered if deemed suitable for the role as a Warehouse Assistant Dangerous Goods Handling certification is a plus
