Description Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator Department: Operations/Supply Chain Reports to: Supply Chain Manager Last Revised: 02/13/2026 Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator will organize inventory, arrange, coordinate, and receive shipments from international and domestic suppliers, operate as the primary point of contact for shipping carriers, and support the Shipping team with loading outbound trucks on peak sales days. Basically, you will be in charge of making sure all the things are coming and going from the buildings at the right times to the right places. Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities at this time. But, who knows what the future of ACC will bring! Duties/Responsibilities: Manages and initiates all warehouse operations including, but not limited to: Documents actions electronically by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in Excel as well as maintaining our ERP, NetSuite, to provide a clear picture of inventory and raw material levels and availability at all times. Maintains material locations, signage, and organization across 1611 and 1701 in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager. Coordinates, schedules, and executes the movement of products throughout and between the 1611 and 1701 buildings and organizes the storage of raw materials and shipment of finished products. Stages production and shipping supplies in coordination with Production and Shipping to support daily production and fulfillment schedules. Executes scheduled weekly and bi-weekly raw material cycle counts for items managed in NetSuite and Excel and investigates discrepancies in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager. Supports inventory variance and adjustment investigations by providing physical verification and documentation to the Supply Chain Manager. Conducts quarterly inventory checks on secondary Warehouse locations such as Amazon FBA Warehouse, Backup Inventory, and QA Holds. Schedules and executes quarterly warehouse sale scrap counts with the help of the Shipping team. Repacks or restacks pallets of finished product as needed and operates the forklift truck and other machinery and equipment as needed to transport finished goods and raw materials. Receives and accepts purchase orders in NetSuite and ensures inventory is accurately recorded prior to end-of-day reporting. Receives and occasionally arranges shipments of raw materials and international equipment purchases, logs them in the inventory system appropriately, and acts as the point of contact for shipping carriers and communicates all relevant information to them. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and prioritizes safety in all aspects of the job, including operating machinery and equipment with safety in mind. Accomplishes distribution and other Antique Candle Co.® strategic goals that supports warehouse performance and inventory accuracy metrics as defined by the Supply Chain Manager. Supports the Shipping team by picking carts and packing orders during Flash Sales, peak season, and on an as needed basis. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times (let’s be honest, we’re talking Q3 and Q4) stressful environment. Ability to exhibit the small business mindset, even as the business grows. Willingness to shift and support any Operations work center in a pinch (this might look like loading an outbound truck on a peak sales day). Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills, including some troubleshooting, required. At least two years of work experience in a warehouse preferred. Experience with ERPs, specifically NetSuite, preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or the willingness to obtain preferred. Physical Requirements: Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to move around the warehouse. Operating machinery and/or power tools. Environment Requirements: Working in an environment with various fragrances and scents. Travel Requirements: No travel required.
