Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Assistant who possesses a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing warehouse operations while also contributing to our marketing efforts and driving sales.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred)
  • PC skills.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Familiar with any POS software.
  • No diploma or certification required
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information as required.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
