Description PURPOSE STATEMENT: Contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the production facility by ensuring accuracy and coordination of materials. Coordinates the handling of raw materials throughout the production process. Maintains accurate inventory. Maintains warehouse is an efficient and productive manner. WHAT YOU’LL DO (MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES): 1. Pick and Stage Operations: · Coordinate the picking and staging of raw materials into kits for the manufacturing team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the production line. 2. Receiving and Returns: · Oversee the receiving process for raw materials and manage returns efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to quality standards. 3. Cycle Count and Inventory Audits: · Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies. 4. Box Truck Operations: · Safely drive a box truck between our manufacturing and HQ site, as well as the distribution center, for the transportation of materials and products. 5. Warehouse Organization: · Organize the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency, implementing and maintaining systematic storage solutions. · Ensure a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety and compliance standards. · Return to Rack Management - Manage the return-to-rack process for raw materials used in manufacturing, ensuring items are correctly stored in designated bin locations. 6. Netsuite Warehouse Management System: · Demonstrate fluency in using the Netsuite Warehouse Management System to track and manage inventory, generate reports, and optimize warehouse processes. WHAT YOU’LL NEED (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): · Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on raw material handling. · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating a box truck. · Familiarity with Netsuite Warehouse Management System or similar inventory management software. · Strong organizational and leadership skills. · Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across different departments. · This position requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage warehouse operations and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing and distribution process.
