Some days you’ll be receiving and inspecting shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing equipment for delivery. On others, you’ll be problem-solving with the Project Management team to make sure schedules and customer needs line up perfectly. Your attention to detail and ability to keep operations running smoothly will directly impact the exceptional service CME delivers to healthcare facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of progressive warehouse experience.
  • Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when coordinating with internal teams, delivery crews, and hospital staff during equipment delivery and installation.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Healthcare supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Ability to assist with DTS installation – some travel may be required.
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; proficient with warehouse equipment and general hand/power tools.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all warehouse operations—including receiving, inspection, staging, assembly, inventory control, and shipping—while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records in the warehouse management and inventory systems.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and other departments to schedule and prepare DTS deliveries and installations, meeting all deadlines.
  • Verify product quality and accuracy for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
