In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading a small team of approximately three Store persons. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, kitting and dispatch activities to ensure customer delivery requirements are met * Lead, coach and support a small team of approximately three Store persons, fostering a safe, productive and collaborative work environment * Assist with workforce planning, training and the coordination of daily activities to maximise operational efficiency * Monitor inventory accuracy, quality and warehouse processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement * Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures and housekeeping standards Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
