Our three-shift injection molding and extrusion operation is located in Fitchburg, MA. The Fastener Solutions Division is ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified. This role is on Day Shift, Rotating weekly - 7AM-3PM and 9AM-5PM. All interested individuals are encouraged to apply for this position. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Activities may include, but are not limited to: Support day to day activities of Warehouse shipping Office (Label Creation/Certificate of compliance documentation/Sales Order Separation-Instruction Review Process) Support outgoing freight process (Trucking Company Pick Up Process/Shipping Requirements/Team Communication) Support Order Billing Process (QAD systems) Support International Shipping Documentation Requirements (SLI/SOLAS/AES) Support Daily Reports/Shipping Verification/Closing Procedures (QAD Reports-Process) Rapid response to Customer, Planning, Manufacturing and QA request Qualifications High School diploma or GED required and/or equivalent work experience. Forklift experience preferred Proven skill with warehousing, shipping/receiving a plus. Effective communication and organizational skills. Must be computer literate. Experience with data entry required. Other computer skills are a plus.
