The opportunity

We are on the lookout for an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, overseeing shipments and deliveries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimising warehouse operations and enhancing overall productivity within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch of inbound and outbound goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained and updated, including investigating inventory variances.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments to support smooth warehouse operations.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and business standards.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance or repair requirements to management.
  • Assist with cycle counts, stocktakes and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Generate reports on warehouse productivity, stock levels and order status.
  • Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and warehouse team, including data entry tasks.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or inventory coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory management software.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • A current Forklift Licence (LF).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, safety and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
