As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, helping us deliver the charm and warmth of Paddington Bear to every visitor. From managing inventory with care to ensuring our shelves are stocked with bear-approved goodies, your work will help keep the magic flowing.
You’ll also handle all paperwork related to deliveries, ensuring everything is accurate and timely. All the while, you’ll support our Retail, F&B and Operations team in delivering Guest Obsession the Paddington Bear way: with heartfelt care, thoughtful touches, and a sprinkle of marmalade magic in everything we do.
We have a full time position role, working a minimum of 30 hours per week. The Paddington Bear Experience is open daily and so we do require flexible attitude towards working hours as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in London. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering first-class immersive experiences.|
