JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Coordinator is the powerhouse behind our operations, seamlessly managing our inventory and keeping our warehouse as efficient as a Swiss watch. Your role is essential—keeping parts flowing and technicians glowing, guaranteeing that we deliver top-notch service from the get-go with everything neatly arranged and ready before they can say “duct tape.”

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with iPads and Macs.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record your parents would boast about.
• Must be insurable under our company policy.
• Forklift operation certification is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred but not a deal-breaker.

KEY SKILLS:

• Organizational skills a librarian would envy.
• Reliability that a Swiss train schedule would appreciate.

WORK SCHEDULE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time position typically from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for early starts or late wraps during peak seasons. Part-time options available or full-time during busy seasons with reduced hours otherwise.
• Physically demanding, including lifting heavy items and long periods of standing and walking.

• Inventory Management: Keep a sharp eye on inventory levels and conduct frequent checks to catch discrepancies before they become mysteries.
• Warehouse Organization: Create a space where everything has a place, maximizing efficiency and minimizing chaos.
• Parts Delivery Coordination: Swiftly dispatch parts to field technicians, helping them stay ahead of the curve.
• Yard Maintenance: Ensure the external areas stay as impeccable as the warehouse, with regular upkeep.
• Logistics Coordination: Keep suppliers on speed dial to ensure timely delivery of all materials and parts.
• Record Keeping: Document shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels like a meticulous detective.
