As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily coordination within the warehouse. You maintain an overview of incoming and outgoing goods flows and ensure that operations are carried out efficiently.In addition, you will be involved with:

• Monitoring the daily schedule and progress.
• Coordinating activities with colleagues, customers, and carriers.
• Supporting the operation with questions and challenges.
• Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring clear and timely provision of information.
• The optimal deployment of people and resources within the operation.
• Contributing to a safe, efficient, and service-oriented work environment.

ProfileWhat do you bring? You are someone who likes to take the lead, maintains an overview, and easily connects with different people. You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and keep a cool head when things get busy.In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO-4 education, preferably in a logistics field.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations.
• Good organizational skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• The ability to switch quickly between different tasks.
