As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be supporting Warehouse Manager in the efficient and effective running of our factory (raw materials) and finished goods warehouses. You will lead warehouse team to drive for results, and to strive for continual improvement year on year.
This is a 12 hour continental shifts, based on a 4 on / 4 off pattern across nights and days.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager in the day to day running of the warehouse.
  • Leading, motivating and developing team, to ensure planned picking requirements/quality standards are met whilst ensuring H&S guidelines are followed.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to H&S and ensure all accidents and incidents are reported and corrective action is implemented.
  • Ensuring the day to day tasks are carried out.
  • Supporting culture of team work and promoting the company values.
  • Dealing with any staff issues that may arise-seeking appropriate consultation and advice.
  • With guidance from your manager ensuring all staff members have adequate training to perform their role in accordance with SOPs.
  • Ensuring all site specific quality, housekeeping and hygiene standards are achieved or exceeded.
  • Covering for the Warehouse Manager in his absence,
  • Ensuring regular team briefing to ensure the team carry out their tasks to maximum effect.
  • Accurately completing of all documentation, eg. cleaning records, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leading a small team (essential).
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • IT literate.
  • Results driven.
