SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing third-party warehousing operations for both bulk and retail products. This position requires exceptional troubleshooting ability, critical thinking, and strong organizational and time management skills. The role oversees freight carrier relationships, manages shipping contracts, coordinates warehouse scheduling, and ensures accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage all third-party warehousing for bulk and retail products. Administer freight carrier contracts and monitor billing accuracy, including truck detention and freight charges. Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring on-time and efficient shipment execution. Create and manage orders for shipments, including product allocation and inventory coordination. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments (domestic and export). Update and monitor spreadsheets related to freight, loads, and invoicing. Partner with the sales team to ensure product deliveries meet scheduled timelines. Communicate schedule adjustments or delays to all relevant departments in a timely manner. Oversee warehouse shipping schedules for CDF and CDFSW facilities, including preparation of all shipping documentation. Manage weekly domestic and export shipment paperwork, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Maintain confidentiality and handle all business matters with discretion. Support a company culture of continuous improvement by participating in efficiency and improvement efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call hours as required by operational needs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Proven negotiation and relationship management skills. Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is preferred. Prior experience in warehouse logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
