We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Morristown, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations that align with our mission to deliver high-quality solutions. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to excellence in the Healthcare and Oral Care sectors.
Compensation depends on experience and is negotiable

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
• Facilitate shipping and receiving activities while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders and shipments.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics is a plus.
