At TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for WAREHOUSE COORDINATORS to work in a remote, arctic location for a fly in/fly out opportunity. Flight, camp and meals are provided. Must be able to work for 3 weeks at approximately 12-hour days straight.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure correct parts and equipment are inventoried.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations of all the warehouses and storage areas.
• Warehouse operations include storage, physical inventory counts, and Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
• Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) on materials as required.
• Ensure Inventory stored in the warehouse and shipping container is tracked and verified against packing slips.
• Analyze, continuously monitor inventory status.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Oil and Gas or Mining warehousing experience is required.
• High School diploma, post-secondary education preferred.
• Good understanding of warehousing concepts, warehouse locations related to bin locations and set up.
• Strong working knowledge on Inventory control, obsolescence, associated costs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and maintain organized workspace.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks that may involve bending, lifting and standing for extended periods each day.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
