Description Warehouse Coordinator - Logistics We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator with a strong background in logistics to join our dynamic team. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery and return of products to and from customers - Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and stock audits - Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. - Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bill of ladings, customs paperwork, FTL/LTL and delivery schedules - Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise - Utilize systems (WMS, ERP, TMS) and other software to streamline operations - Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction -File and follow up on shipping claims -Act as backup for other shipping functions as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in warehouse functions and logistics coordination - Good attention to detail - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in warehouse management software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Applications. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth.
