We are seeking a Counter Representative to join our team . In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting clients and technicians with their plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. Your contributions will directly support our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about products and services.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with vendors to source parts
• Help technicians get their supplies and parts.
• Use the forklift to organize the warehouse, as well as shipping and receiving duties.
• Ensure parts are delivered accurately.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing and heating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.
