SUMMARY

This role is responsible for generating accurate invoices, validating freight condition and piece counts, preparing reports, maintaining data in warehouse management systems, and supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ relative experience in warehouse administrator, warehouse associate positions
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Freight forwarding background a plus
  • Familiar with CFS operation and 3PL Experience a plus
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices in freight forwarding industry
  • General computer skills (e.g. MS Office skills / Warehouse management systems)

    Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate bookings, documentation, and execution of routing for assigned shipments as per customer guidelines and country requirements to numerous destinations.
  • Validate shipment condition, piece count, scanning freight baes on applicable procedures
  • Truck sealing, releasing and post departure report
  • Generate invoice.
  • Effectively communicate problems / delays to appropriate parties and pro-actively identify issues.
  • Ensure all filing, both physical and electronic, is done regularly and accurately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
