Summary We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and operational excellence within our warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining system integrity, identifying root causes of inventory discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement across receiving, replenishment, and picking operations. Hours: Mon - Fri, 6:00A - 2:30p Requirements Comfortable use of forklift working at extended heights (up to 30 ft) Perform daily cycle counts across pick bins, replenishment, and backstock locations. Reconcile physical inventory counts against the warehouse management system (WMS). Research, document, and report inventory discrepancies. Identify trends and recurring inventory issues and escalate findings. Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Replenishment teams to correct errors. Execute inventory adjustments following approval procedures. Verify labeling, UOM, expiration dates, and product accuracy. Support annual physical inventories. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all warehouse safety and housekeeping standards. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1+ year warehouse experience, preferably in inventory control or receiving. Willingness to learn & operate the Order Picker (cherry picker) Forklift at extended heights (up to 30 ft) Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks. Ability to work independently. Responsibilities
The Cycle Counter will perform daily cycle counts across various warehouse locations, reconciling physical inventory against the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure system integrity. This role is also responsible for researching, documenting, and reporting inventory discrepancies while partnering with other warehouse teams to correct errors.
