The role of the Warehouse & Delivery Driver will be focused on efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of company products. NOTE: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM job. Major Goals and Responsibilities: The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the job, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job. * Assist with checking in and shipping out freight * Load, unloading of delivery vans and deliver products to various customers * Keep the warehouse clean * Ensure proper procedures are followed when product is moved in and out of the warehouse * Ensure accurate inventory counts * Prepare pallets for shipping * Assist customer with pick up orders * Communicate issues with management * Other duties as assigned Skills/Abilities: * Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism * Actively seeks solutions to problems before being asked or directed * Maintains effectiveness in the face of disappointment and rejection * Expresses ideas effectively in individual and group situations * Personable, customer-centric, honest and trustworthy * Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all education and professional background from entry level staff to executive level Qualification and Education Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to lift 50 pounds (multiple times per day) * Clean driving record * Ability to climb stairs and other physical requirements * Compensation: Hourly - $17-$20/ hour depending on experience/ Full Time (the position may be fewer than 40 hours per week for a couple of months) Benefits: * Paid Time Off * Partially company-paid health benefits * Competitive Salary * Bonus Opportunities * Team Environment with the ability to share and incorporate ideas * Employee Assistance Program A&B Business Solutions/Cask & Cork is an equal opportunity employer.
