Position Summary The Warehouse / Delivery Driver is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, safe and timely product delivery, and maintaining company vehicles and warehouse organization to Eckart standards. This role requires accountability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Duties And Responsibilities Warehouse Responsibilities Accurately receive, stock, pull, and stage materials Verify product accuracy and box counts prior to loading Organize warehouse and yard inventory efficiently Maintain clean and orderly warehouse space Complete all required paperwork accurately Restock materials as needed Coordinate communication with Inventory, Operations, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Accounting Perform general warehouse maintenance duties Delivery Responsibilities Load delivery trucks accurately and safely Confirm box counts before departure and at time of unloading Deliver product to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner Ensure deliveries are accurate and complete Take clear, professional photos at each delivery drop Obtain required delivery confirmations Truck & Equipment Responsibilities Any available company truck may be assigned for use Maintain truck cleanliness (interior and exterior) Perform basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, fluids, tires, lights) Report any damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately within the same shift Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely Skills And Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills Clear and professional communication Strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Adaptable and dependable Ability to lift 50+ pounds Experience And Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse experience preferred Plumbing or Electrical industry knowledge a plus Forklift certification preferred Experience using computer systems Clean driving record (required for insurance approval) Must have or be able to obtain a Drive for Hire endorsement Final candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
