OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of goods, ensuring that products are loaded, unloaded, and delivered safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers and warehouse staff. The Delivery Helper will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a warehouse distribution, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Valid G driver’s license and clean abstract.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus to assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment during operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in order picking, packaging, and shipping & receiving processes.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of products.
• Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Participate in inventory management activities including stock checks and order picking.
