Description JOB SUMMARY As the Delivery Logistics Coordinator, you will be expected to oversee staging, and delivery of Masterbrand and Direct shipped Lainkraft cabinet orders. Ensure jobs are tracked, documented, and delivered accurately to job sites. Update and maintain the dispatch board, assist with any receiving or shipping tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Update dispatch board and routing sheets daily. Route paperwork to its proper location or coordinator. Report shortages/damages immediately to Inventory Coordinator and Warehouse Manager. Support the warehouse Manager with staging, receiving, blue pen and logging locations of Masterbrand jobs. Staging & Pallet Control Assign staging locations for incoming Masterbrand cabinets and put on pallets (coordinate with IC to log pallet locations in RFMS). Confirm pallets are labeled with job name, PO, side mark, and pallet #. Keep Kolter / Remodel / Lainkraft jobs clearly separated from Assembly jobs to be shipped in staging zones. Delivery Prep Pull daily delivery schedule in RFMS . Verify job pallets match picking tickets before staging for load. Ensure Delivery Tickets are printed and attached to pallets. Loading & Dispatch Supervise loading of Cabinets onto trucks. Check off Pick ticket / Checklist against delivery ticket before release. Confirm driver has a route sheet. Documentation & Communication Delivery Ticket / Route sheet goes with driver. Route sheets and delivery tickets are returned to Delivery Logistics Coordinator ? Scanned into OneDrive à Route sheets get filed; delivery tickets go to Melinda. – Route package creation Notify (Account coordinator) of delivery completion or any issues. Upload (or ensure upload of) delivery Photos into OneDrive folder. Keep a 3-day rolling list of route sheets. Regular and reliable attendance SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees: planning, assigning and directing work: appraising performance: rewarding and discipling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
