THE JOB:

1. Arrange for equipment delivery/collection. Check incoming equipment shipment, scan the QR code & park the equipment/accessories at designation parking lot.
2. Arrange, scan the QR code & park the equipment in proper at the green zone. Receive work instruction order & deliver the required unit to PDI.
3. Receive all incoming shipments and miscellaneous. Check and verify related documents are all in order. Follow up with bining & stacking. Update transactions where applicable.
4. Supply spare parts through counter and bulk store to internal and external customers. Check and verify related documents are in order. Update transactions where applicable.
5. Perform housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and store to consistently meet and sustain 5S standards and requirements.
6. Ensure all general safety and health rules and practices are carried out at all times.
7. Assist other warehouse functions and any ad hocduties as and when required.
