About This Position Oversee KCN operations: Delegate work task to employees, and effectively communicate with management, employees, and customers. Track and document daily productivity and accuracy of employees. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by mentoring and educating staff about 7S expectations. What You'll Need High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age. 1 year (minimum) of Warehouse Supervisor/Lead experience required. Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs). Requires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly. Excellent organizational skills.
