We don’t just move boxes—we manage complex device lifecycles, configuration, and high-touch deployments. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a technology-driven facility and enjoys the challenge of managing customized, value-added service workflows. If you are a leader who balances technical precision with operational grit, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Drive Precision Operations: Supervise daily workflows for device configuration, imaging, kitting, and staging, ensuring every order meets client-specific technical standards. Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Optimize Systems: Maintain 100% inventory integrity using WMS and ERP platforms (NetSuite/OrderTime) and leverage data to identify throughput bottlenecks. Execute SLAs: Plan labor and resources to meet fluctuating demands while maintaining strict adherence to client Service Level Agreements. Continuous Improvement: Document SOPs and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) to maximize efficiency and minimize error rates. Collaborate: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operations are perfectly aligned with our "customer-first" mission. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years of leadership in a high-touch or value-add logistics environment (experience with tech kitting or device staging is a major plus). Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with barcode/RF scanning. Exposure to MDM platforms is a bonus. Process Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who uses data and KPIs to drive decision-making. Leadership: A high-urgency leader who can coach a diverse team and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: $90-$120K A salary package that reflects your expertise and leadership value. Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage available to keep you and your family healthy. Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and holiday schedule to ensure a strong work-life balance. Career Growth: As a rapidly growing company, we provide clear pathways for professional advancement and specialized technical training. Modern Work Environment: Work in a technology-forward, clean, and organized facility with a team that values innovation. Employee Perks: Regular team-building events, a collaborative culture, and the chance to work with cutting-edge enterprise technology. Requirements Leadership Tenure: Minimum of 5+ years in a warehouse or logistics leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager). Team Management: Proven track record of managing a diverse team (usually 10+ people) in a high-urgency, fast-paced setting. WMS/ERP Proficiency: Advanced experience using inventory and management platforms. NetSuite or OrderTime are specifically preferred. Hardware Knowledge: Comfort with barcode/RF scanning technologies and hardware-related software. Mobility Tech (Bonus): Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms is a significant advantage given the company’s focus on mobile device lifecycles. Data Literacy: Ability to generate and interpret reports/dashboards to monitor KPIs like error rates, units processed, and throughput. Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows. High Sense of Urgency: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to meet strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) deadlines. Communication: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is strongly preferred.
