Location: Springwood, Brisbane Full-Time Opportunities Immediate Start Available We’re looking for reliable and safety-focused Warehouse & Distribution Operators to join our team at Tip Top Springwood. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves — this could be the role for you. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our products moving from picking and packing to loading trucks and shifting trailers. What’s The Role? Picking and packing products accurately Safely loading trucks and completing manifests Moving trailers around site and depots (on and off docks) Following safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements What’s The Roster? Afternoon, night, and early morning available Consistent shift times each week About You The ideal candidate will have: HC Licence or above (minimum 12 months experience) Previous driving and/or picking experience A strong safety mindset and attention to detail Why Join Tip Top?
