Job Summary The Warehouse Dock Clerk is responsible for coordinating, documenting, and supporting the loading and unloading of freight at the warehouse dock. This role ensures accurate shipment processing, maintains records, communicates with drivers and warehouse staff, and supports efficient dock operations while following safety and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Check in and check out inbound and outbound freight at the check Verify shipment documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and manifests Communicate with Customer Service Team when loads are completed Record shipment data accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS) Coordinate dock assignments and communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel Maintain organized dock records and files for CSRM to receive weekly Support inventory control and shipping/receiving accuracy Follow safety regulations, dock procedures, and company policies Be a liaison between operations and customer service for load and service accuracy Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
