We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the South Metro Atlanta area since 1979. We are a well-established and respected Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company that takes pride in everything we do. This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training (up to 6 weeks).** Work Hours: * Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. During assigned rotating on‑call weeks, the work schedule shifts to 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with required after‑hours response duties Monday–Sunday. What We Offer: * Competitive compensation packages * Opportunities for professional development and advancement within our team * 401k retirement plan with Employer Match * Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans * Paid vacation and holidays What You’ll Do: * Safely transport materials, equipment, and supplies between the warehouse, job sites, and vendors * Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and properly documented * Load and unload materials, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport * Assist with pulling, staging, and loading materials for HVAC, Electrical and plumbing jobs * Pick up and return parts/equipment from vendors as directed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and assist with basic vehicle upkeep (fueling, cleaning, etc.) * Support warehouse operations including stocking, inventory management, and material handling * Assist warehouse team and field personnel as needed * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, yard, and work areas * Follow all safety procedures and company policies * Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring: * Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points * Must be 22+ years of age (to be insured by the company) * Minimum of 3 years of driving experience for a company (insurance requirement) * Clean driving record and strong safety awareness * Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs * Ability to work required hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed * Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude * Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check * Basic computer proficiency * Familiarity with Austell and surrounding areas We are accepting applications by replying to this job posting.
