Description Accountabilities Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customer locations. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness, including sweep and mopping Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. Open bales, crates and other containers. Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed manually. May also assist in counting of physical inventory. Prepare material for distribution and other entities. Responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service. Wear the proper safety equipment. Forklift operation for various tasks including the maintenance. Refuel Vehicles in accordance with vehicle specifications. Perform preventative maintenance checks daily, weekly, and monthly. Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck. Obtain client or customer signatures when needed and ensuring that all documentation is properly completed at submission. Meet delivery deadlines. Supervisory Responsibilities (if applicable): None Requirements Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: None Required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred License or Certification: Valid Texas, Must be willing to obtain Forklift License. Will train in-house. Must be 21 years of age or older Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly lift up to 100 lbs with assistance and spend long amounts of time stopping, reaching, bending, climbing, standing, or walking. Perform repetitive tasks Working conditions vary depending on the season. Both temperature variations and inclement weather are real aspects of the work environment.
