Position Summary: The Warehouse E-Commerce and Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform. This role ensures a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth operations. Assist in collecting and analyzing data to generate insights for improving business performance. Provide operational support including product listings, order processing, and coordination with relevant departments. Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, polite, and professional communication. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support marketing, logistics, and customer service initiatives. Manage inventory level and perform pre and cycle counts as necessary Coordinates and performs Inventory Reconciliation to ensure accuracy between physical and system records. Qualifications: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service principles Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Team-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
