Responsibilities
  • Takes initiatives in the context of Lean Manufacturing such as making improvements with regard to the product, process (efficiency), throughput speeds (routing) and stock control.
  • Takes care of the daily planning of products to be picked, packed and shipped, checks the execution and adjusts if necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with work instructions. to guarantee the quality of products.
  • Contributes to the realization of various KPI’s such as Zero Accidents, (Sales) targets and On Time Performance.
  • Ensures a safe working environment and monitors compliance with safety regulations such as the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safe lifting, lifting instructions, etc.
