Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks. Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks. Use powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to safely operate powered machinery. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience. Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification. 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Workplace Location Must reside within commuting distance of the Sparrows Point facility. Relocation No relocation provided.
