JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, managing order processing, and coordinating with internal teams and delivery services to meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2–4 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in logistics or related field is a plus
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse safety
  • Proficient with inventory/order systems (e.g., NetSuite, ShipStation, Fishbowl)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for vendor and cross-team collaboration
  • Able to resolve fulfillment issues and client inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Comfortable generating basic reports using Excel or similar tools

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team and engage with vendors, drivers and other service providers on all items that enter or leave the shipping & receiving department
  • Prepare daily shipments by assembling and packaging items using appropriate packing materials
  • Process client orders accurately and efficiently in the system
  • Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Receive daily shipments and promptly sort, stock, scan and update reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding order status, inquiries, and fulfillment-related issues
  • Collaborate with sales, client relations, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues related to order fulfillment
  • Communicate updates and any potential issues promptly
  • Prepare regular reports on fulfillment metrics and client feedback
  • Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management
