• Act as coordinator for logistics matters between internal departments and external customers.
• Manage control measures to highlight, address, and resolve mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies.
• Oversee warehouse operations and supervise the team’s inbound, outbound, and VAS efforts.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the MHE and overall safety compliance.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries and requests and keep customers fully informed on GRN, GI, and delivery status.
• Attend weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI meetings to present progress and KPI scorecards to customers.
• When necessary, operate MHE to assist operations.
• Conduct Toolbox Meeting and drive internal compliance exercise.
• Investigate the incident and accident, and prepare an investigation report for submission to the superior and the department concerned.
• Identify safety hazards in operational areas and proactively eliminate any risks.
• Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace.
• Integrate safety into daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety & warehouse SOPs according to our internal safety procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma holders in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of relevant experience have an added advantage.
Competent in using Warehouse Management System.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented
