Warehouse Executive – Dubai

Candidates with strong exposure to 3PL coordination, inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN/ASN, warehouse operations and ERP/WMS are encouraged to apply.

We are hiring a Warehouse Executive for a well-established distribution and trading organization in Dubai. The role will focus on 3PL coordination, warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound movements, stock reconciliation and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL service providers on day-to-day warehouse, storage and delivery operations.
• Monitor pending imports and prioritize container clearance, ASN and GRN activities.
• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound inventory movements.
• Manage urgent and exceptional customer delivery requirements, including special packaging, loading and late/emergency deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and 3PL teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control, including monitoring damages and shortages.
• Reconcile internal inventory records with 3PL stock ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Review cycle counts, random stock checks and physical stock counts and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate damaged stock, write-offs, stock removal and destruction processes.
• Review and coordinate inter-site stock transfers.
• Monitor non-moving and short-expiry inventory.
• Coordinate co-packing activities, POS materials, pallets and warehouse consumables.
• Monitor and report agreed 3PL operational KPIs.
• Coordinate bi-yearly stock counts and ensure accurate execution in the ERP/WMS system.
• Support optimum utilization of delivery fleets while ensuring adherence to customer delivery windows.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control or 3PL coordination.
3. Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouse/service providers is strongly preferred.
4. Good knowledge of GRN, ASN, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, inbound/outbound operations and inventory control.
5. Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems would be an advantage.
6. Experience within FMCG, distribution, trading, retail or other high-volume inventory environments preferred.
7. Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE logistics and delivery operations.
8. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
9. Good analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
10. Fluency in written and spoken English.
