Job Responsibilities Ensure timely fulfilment of demand by overseeing truck dispatches according to route plans while maximizing the effective utilization of operational resources. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, hygiene, and compliance with company policies throughout daily operations. Lead and manage operational teams by planning staff rosters, monitoring performance, and developing employees to achieve operational KPIs. Ensure product quality is maintained from dispatch through to the final receiving point while meeting the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with collection centers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations and system-related activities. Support the Integrated Management System (IMS) by ensuring compliance with ISO standards, monitoring supplier performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and maintaining health and safety requirements for service providers. Person Specifications Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of distribution centre operations. Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field, with G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations with proficiency in MS Office applications, e-mail, and operational systems. Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work under pressure and manage operational priorities. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
